一、Ceramic film has excellent performance and excellent development prospect

    Domestic film industry ushered in a golden age. Membrane separation technology is a new high efficiency separation technology which can realize the separation, purification and concentration of different components of material and liquid by the selective separation function of membrane. With the characteristics of high efficiency separation, membrane industry is positioned as a strategic emerging industry by the state and strongly supported by policies. From 2011 to 2015, the annual output value of China's film industry increased by more than 20%. In 2014, the output value exceeded 100 billion yuan for the first time, with a year-on-year growth of 26.9%. It is estimated that the output value of China's film industry will reach 300 billion yuan at the end of the 13th five-year plan.
Compared with other membrane materials, ceramic membrane performance is superior. Ceramic membrane is the use of raw materials such as alumina, zirconia, and titanium oxide preparation of high performance membrane material, its separation efficiency and high precision, good chemical stability, acid and alkali endurable, high temperature resistant, organic solvent, high mechanical strength, excellent performance. In the high temperature, solvent and reaction system of process industry such as harsh environment separation and highly corrosive, high temperature, high salt, oil, suspended solids and other special shows good applicability to water treatment field, become the development prospects are extremely important in membrane materials.


 二、Domestic ceramic film industry is developing rapidly with high market concentration

    The domestic ceramic film industry develops rapidly, with 53,000 square meters of installation area in 2014. Research on ceramic membrane abroad began in the 1940s. In the early stage, it was mainly used in the separation and enrichment of uranium isotopes in the nuclear industry, and then gradually applied in the fields of biomedicine and chemical industry. In the 1990s, domestic scientific research institutions successfully achieved technological breakthroughs in ceramic membrane materials and preparation research. After years of development, domestic ceramic membrane has reached the international leading level in terms of technical level and product quality. In 2014, the annual installation area of China's ceramic membrane equipment was about 53,000 square meters.

三、Application scenarios are diversified and the demand for process separation is growing steadily

    Ceramic membrane is mainly used to replace the traditional filtration and separation technology at the present stage, and has been mature in the fields of biological medicine, chemical industry, food and beverage and other process separation. In 2014, the installed area of ceramic film in biomedical, chemical, food and beverage industries was 26,000, 114 and 75,500 square meters, respectively. It is estimated that the demand area of ceramic membrane in mature fields such as biomedicine will be about 290,000 square meters during the 13th five-year plan period.

  四、Environmental protection high pressure to promote industrial environmental protection, "water and gas" field demand is expected to explode

    1、The need for industrial environmental protection governance has increased as environmental supervision has become more regular

   There is a large space for industrial pollution control, which will be transferred to the earlier stage of industrial process in the future. According to the information of BBS, the peak of environmental protection industry sponsored by the environmental chamber of commerce of the all-china federation of industry and commerce, by 2030, China is expected to complete the treatment of large areas of traditional pollution, and it is estimated that the market space for industrial pollution treatment can reach one trillion yuan. In order to carry out industrial pollution control and avoid getting stuck in the vicious circle of "treating the pollution head by head", pollution control in the future will gradually shift to the early stage of industrial process and fundamentally solve the high consumption of resources and high pollution to the environment.

 1)Industrial sewage treatment:

    The total amount of industrial sewage discharge is large and the treatment is extremely difficult. In 2015, China's industrial wastewater discharge was 19.95 billion tons, 2.83% lower than that of the previous year. The reduction was due to the improvement of water efficiency (the water consumption of 10,000 yuan of industrial added value decreased from 126 tons in 2007 to 59.5 tons in 2014), but the total amount of pollutants in the wastewater only increased but did not decrease. Because of its complex composition, great harm and lasting influence, industrial wastewater treatment is extremely difficult and costly. In 2014, China spent 110.9 billion yuan on running wastewater treatment facilities, of which 66.1 billion yuan was spent on industrial wastewater treatment facilities.

    2)Oil field return water injection: at present, China's main oil fields have entered the stage of high water-cut exploitation in the middle and late stage. In order to stabilize the crude oil output, continuous efforts should be made to increase the exploitation, resulting in the continuous increase of oil-bearing sewage output. It is estimated that China produces about 800 million to 1.1 billion tons of oil-producing wastewater annually, and the annual market space for wastewater treatment is more than 30 billion yuan. With the increasingly strict policy supervision and water resources shortage, it is urgent to improve the efficiency of oilfield sewage treatment. In view of the advantages of ceramic membrane technology in oilfield backwater injection treatment, including hydrophilic and oil-repellent characteristics, chemical stability, high mechanical strength, stable water quality and long service life, the application prospect of ceramic membrane technology in oilfield backwater injection treatment is broad.
